Submission – the respecting of Godly authority in our lives so that we grow in wisdom and holiness

Unity – One Body, many members (1 Cor. 12:12)
Diversity – Different members working together to protect the presence and wonder of our God
Participation – serving side by side for the sake of God’s kingdom, We reflect a God of community when we serve together
Consistency – serving consistently leads to consistent quality
Punctuality – respecting the time of others busy schedules
Sacrifice – giving of time, talent, and treasure
Humility – Less desirable duties equally as important, all for the sake of the Gospel
Intensity – serve with enthusiasm
Flexibility – the ability to go with the flow and adapt when needed to make changes for the advancement of the ministry
Grace – understand that we all need grace, especially when we are all on the same team and need to be a cohesive unit
Integrity – lead by example through your life on and off stage
SKILL
Excellence – Always striving to offer God our best and constantly looking for ways to improve
Diligence – putting forth the effort needed to hone our skills and achieve excellence for the glory of God
Creativity – created in the image and likeness of God, who is Creator, we should therefore create and find new ways to creatively portray the gospel through all that we do
